At most real estate companies, agents create most of the business only to pay 50% or more of their commission to their Broker. At Preview Properties we provide our agents with all of the tools and support found at bigger companies without requiring their high large cuts of their commission away.

Preview Properties offers three Agent Associate Plans, all designed to properly reward agents for their hard work:

100% Commission

• $325/mo. Desk Fee, $75 per Transaction Fee
• Per Month: $30 E & O, $24.80 L & I, $6.50 B&O.

90/10% Commission

• $200/mo. Desk Fee, $75 per Transaction Fee
• Per Month: $30 E & O, $24.80 L & I, $6.50 B&O.

80/20% Commission

• $100/mo. Desk Fee, $75 per Transaction Fee
• Per Month: $30 E & O; $24.80 L & I, $6.50 B&O.
   

70/30% Commission

• No Desk Fee
• Until Company is paid $22,000 for the year
• Above $22, 000 you receive 100% commission for balance of the year
• $75 per Transaction Fee
• Per Month: $30 E & O, $24.80 L & I.

* 60/40% Commission 

• No Desk Fee
• Until Company is paid $22,000 for the year
• Above $22,000 you receive 100% commission for balance of the year
• $75 per Transaction Fee
• Per Month: $30 E & O, $24.80 L & I.
